These general terms and conditions (GTC § 305 ff.) apply to all business relationships with customers.
These conditions apply to all transactions, contracts and offers, as well as the services that are concluded between the nail studio and the customer. Exceptions to transactions that do not fall under the general terms and conditions must be communicated in writing.
In addition, the version valid at the time the contract is concluded is decisive.
1.1 Place of performance
The place of performance of the services is the specified nail studio (owner: Lianne Buchheister- Lili Rose Nails)
1.2 Customer's obligation
The customer is obliged to inform the studio about contagious diseases or infections as well as allergies and possible problems with previous nail treatments (broken nails, nail biters, etc.) This information must be provided before service on the Client Consultation form. Any personal information provided to the studio will be kept confidential. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if there is any risk to you (the client) or others in the studio from carrying out a service due to medical or hygiene reasons.
For health and safety reasons, please come to your appointment alone.
2. Services
We carry out our service to the best of our knowledge and keep up to date with nail industry standards. We will advise the client in advance of any treatment if there are any changes to these standards.The treatment is carried out properly and professionally after prior consultation with the service provider and the treatment recommendation.
3. Appointment and conclusion of contract
Appointments are made bindingly by the nail studio. By arranging an appointment for one of the services, the customer agrees to accept the contract offer.
If a cancellation or postponement of a confirmed appointment is necessary, the customer must notify this in good time and as soon as possible. If the appointment is not canceled in time or not canceled at all, the studio reserves the right to charge the customer for the loss of earnings in accordance with Section 615 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
- Cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of your booked service
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of your booked service
- No shows will result in 100% of the booked service being charged
**Please note that you will need to pay any outstanding cancellation/lateness fees before a new appointment can be made.**

If the nail studio cannot keep an appointment, the customer will be informed immediately, using the contact details held on the client consultation form. In this case, we are entitled to postpone the appointment at short notice or to withdraw from the contract. Our statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected.
5. Delay
If you are running late to your appointment or you are unwell, please let us know as soon as you can. If you are over 15 minutes late you may receive a reduced service (for example reduced nail art/plain builder gel) and be charged for the original service booked. If you arrive too late for any service to be performed, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
6. Prices, payments and payment method
The prices for services and products are shown on the instagram and on the Lili Rose Nails website when the appointment is made, but are not binding. The studio reserves the right to adjust the price on site according to the service. The customer must pay for the service or product immediately after the treatment or directly when purchasing it. Payment methods are limited to cash on the day of your appointment.
7. Age of majority
The customer must be at least 18 years old when attending the appointment.
8. Personal data, data protection and privacy
Your personal data is important to us. We are committed to complying with the statutory provisions on data protection, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8.1 Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data is stored in the customer file in written or electronic form and is used exclusively for the purpose of the services to be provided.
8.2 Use of data
The studio uses the collected data exclusively to fulfill the contractually agreed services. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill the contract or the customer has expressly consented.
8.3 Customer rights
The customer has the right to request the data stored about them at any time.
In addition, the customer has the right to correct, delete and block his or her personal data, provided that this does not conflict with any statutory retention requirements. The customer's personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to provide the services or as required by statutory retention periods. After these periods have expired, the data will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
9. Liability
The studio cannot accept liability if the customer suffers damage as a result of a service that is based on information provided by the customer and this information turns out to be inadequate. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to physical conditions, allergic reactions/intolerances, medical or medicinal requirements or activities outside the nail studio. The studio is liable for claims for damages by the customer arising from breaches of contractual obligations, breaches of obligations during contract negotiations and tort only in the event of intent or gross negligence. This does not apply to liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health or liability due to the breach of essential or typical contractual obligations or guaranteed properties. The customer consents to the nail treatment in the studio.
The customer is advised that injuries to his or her fingers may occur during the treatment, particularly if the cuticle or nail bed is already damaged, should be damaged or even needs to be removed.
The studio is not responsible for the loss or destruction of personal items and belongings of the customer brought into the studio.
10. Warranty
The customer receives a 1 week guarantee on the service provided by the studio, which refers to the material and durability. This guarantee does not apply if:
During repairs, any subsequent changes to the design are not possible.
11. Damage and theft
The nail salon has the right to demand compensation for any damage caused by the customer.
Thefts will be reported.
12. Complaints and Refunds
If the customer has a complaint or request for a refund about the service or product, this must be mentioned during the treatment. Once the treatment is completed, there is no right to a refund.
13. Photos and Videos
The service provider may take photos and videos of the work during the treatment in order to be able to use them commercially, e.g. to share them on social media sites. If the customer makes an appointment, this must be expected. The studio undertakes to use this data (photos/videos) only for the purpose of the services to be provided. In addition, personal data remains private upon request.
14. Behaviors
The customer undertakes to behave appropriately during his visit to the studio. If the customer continues to behave inappropriately even after a warning, the service provider/owner has the right to expel the customer from the studio and, if necessary, issue a ban on entering the premises.
